Occasionally, the Paved team may ask you to submit your own reporting for dedicated emails, newsletter ads, or sponsored posts. Typically, this happens when the open pixel was not used or there was an issue with the tracking link.
You're more likely to get repeat sponsorships when advertisers understand campaign results, including:
total opens
# of email recipients
# of clicks on the sponsor's link
In this guide, we'll show you how to locate your email campaign's performance report so you can share these results with Paved.
Where to Find Campaign Performance Stats
ESPs (email service providers) collect a full range of campaign statistics to help you understand the performance of your newsletters and email campaigns. This includes, opens, clicks, bounces, and much more.
Most ESPs provide you the option to export the campaign results as a PDF or CSV file. If that's not possible, just take a full-page screenshot of the reporting.
Here's how to find campaign performance stats in a few popular email service providers (ESPs).
ActiveCampaign
Log in to your ActiveCampaign account and go to "Campaigns" > "Campaigns Performance." Then, export the report in CSV format.

Aweber
Log in to your Aweber account and go to your Broadcasts page. Click the subject line of your campaign and scroll to the QuickStats section to find the report.

Campaign Monitor
Log into your Campaign Monitor account, and go to the Campaigns section. In the navigation menu, click Sent. Then, select the name of the campaign you want to work with.

Mailchimp
In your Mailchimp account, go to Analytics > Reports. Click the drop-down menu for the report you want to share, and choose Share report. Send a copy of the report to [email protected].

Submit Your Performance Report to Paved
After you've downloaded your report, please send a copy to [email protected].
If requested, you can also share the results with your sponsor by going to your Sponsorships Dashboard and linking it in the campaign's Chat section.
